BECOMING A BUILDING ENGINEER

Our Building Engineer and maintenance course provides the latest up to date training for those individuals looking to get into this exciting field. With a record number of commercial buildings being erected, this training opportunity is essential in providing each student with the knowledge and tools needed to compete for current and future job openings. Our instructor has over 25 years in the trades and building operations field.

  • July 13th -     Introduction to Building engineer/ Maintenance tech as a career

  • July 14th-      Commercial Buildings exterior systems and envelope

  • July 20th-      Electrical systems and infrastructure

  • July 21st-      Plumbing systems

  • July 27th-      Mechanical systems/ Building automation Systems

  • July 28th-      Fire life safety systems

  • August 3rd-   Critical systems, UPS, generators

  • August 4th-   Introduction to LEED, as it relates to building operations

  • August 10th- Review- EPA 608 Testing

  • August 11th- NATE- Ready to work testing
